The S.O.S. Company Compliance System© consists of five components:

    S.O.S. Company and Employee Compliance Manual©

Today’s companies face an ever growing list of standards and regulations applicable to health safety and working conditions of their employees. Additionally, many customers require that their contractor companies have certain policies and procedures in place as a condition of their contract. Websites such as PEC’s SSQ  or ISN’s SCQ-V outline these required policies and procedures, and track whether contractor companies have these policies and procedures in place.

Training Requirements in OSHA Standards and Training Guidelines

Over 100 pages of guidelines from OSHA that are designed to help employers to:

 Determine whether a worksite problem can be solved by training;

 Determine what training, if any, is needed;

 Identify goals and objectives for the training;

 Design learning activities;

 Conduct training;

 Determine the effectiveness of the training;

 Revise the training based on feedback from employees, supervisors, and others.

The S.O.S. Company Compliance Manual© is designed to assist our clients in solving this dilemma. The Manual contains many of the Policies and Procedures defined by OSHA, the Department of Labor, DOT, EEOC, and of course, the policies and procedures required by most of our Customers. The information on each included policy has been obtained directly from the appropriate Governmental agency to insure accuracy.

While some companies may already have the required  policies and procedures in place, other companies do not. Additionally,  while a company’s policies and procedures manual may be current today, what will insure that it remains current as new policies, procedures, and requirements are added?
