The Behavioral Process is not simply filling out cards. It is what we do with the data that makes the process successful!

 

Employees turn in the completed observation cards at the end of each day. Weekly, the cards are forwarded to the offices of W C Safety Systems, Inc., to be loaded into a custom database.

 

A report is sent out at the end of each month, showing how many S.O.S. Observation Cards© were turned in, how many were observations of proper behavior and how many were observations of improper (at-risk) behaviors. The proper and improper observation cards are further broken down into regions, district, or sub-areas, and then further broken down into the type of activity observed (lock or secure, speed, position, etc.)

 

It is then possible to target the training for employees

based on the observation data. Additionally, if there are

multiple locations within the company, it is possible that

each area has a different area of need, and targeted

training may be given to each area.
